August 2014: Mental Ergonomics: How to Handle Workplace Stress and Mental Illness Leaves of Absence

Our August webinar focused on some of the thornier leave issues. Unlike maternity leave or recovery from a physical injury, mental illness and stress leaves rarely have certain end dates and have uncertain accommodation requirements. Gordon & Rees attorneys outlined and discussed these types of leaves, as well as shared some practical advice on how an employer should handle the leave process.
