H. Matthew Taylor

Matthew Taylor is a litigation associate concentrating his practice on complex commercial and civil litigation with a focus on employment law and products liability matters. Mr. Taylor counsels clients in cases pending across the country, and regularly handles all aspects of litigation in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Mr. Taylor represents employers in state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies, in a broad spectrum of employment-related matters including claims involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, as well as many other federal and state employment discrimination laws. He also counsels clients on a broad range of employment and labor law matters helping them to comply with federal, state and local laws.
